What’s up, fellow Fitblr’s? My name is Christian Luann and I am 26 years old. I currently reside in Wisconsin (helllloooo, boring…).
Not too long ago, I weighed 125 pounds…. but I’m only 5’3. My weight was not a good look for me. I was frumpy and quite honestly, kinda gross looking. After hating what I saw in the mirror, I decided it was time to change the way I look by doing it the healthy way; I did not starve myself.
About two months ago now, it was easy for me to just go to Taco Bell and load up on Chicken Burritos if I was too lazy to cook. I didn’t care if I snacked on cookies all day, and I sure as heck never counted calories. Big mistake. After doing much thinking about why I never cared before, I came to realize it was because I was not educated about healthy lifestyles.
I am obviously into fitness and eating healthy, so I created this blog for others who are currently fit and healthy, as well as for those who want to be! There’s a lot to understand and gain knowledge about when you want to become fit and healthy, and it sure as hell doesn’t happen over night. It takes a lot of dedication to workout, mental stability to be patient for results, and willpower to stop eating junk food. So, enter ME.
I didn’t gain all of my knowledge in one night. It took up until now to fully understand what to look for when reading nutrition labels, how to burn the most calories when working out, and so, so much more. So with that said, if anyone has any questions or needs advice, please ask me! I will be more than understanding if you want your asks to be answered privately. I know how embarrassing it can be. This blog is a judgment-free area.
